My stay at @Home Hotel Locarno was delightful. The room with a balcony was immaculately clean, and I enjoyed a restful night's sleep. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional, ensuring a seamless experience. The location near the terminal stations was convenient yet peaceful, offering easy access to the city center.I was impressed by the warm communication of Nadia, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The availability of the staff 24/7 enhanced our stay, and the delicious breakfast spread was a definite highlight. Being close to the lake added to the charm of the hotel.Our experience was elevated by the hosts, Cinzia and Nadia, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The cozy atmosphere, upgraded room, and complimentary Ticino ticket for transport made our trip truly memorable.
